Access Point Deployment at Kost Akanaka Yogyakarta

Project Overview

Kost Akanaka Yogyakarta required a stable and evenly distributed wireless network to support tenants’ daily internet usage.
To meet this requirement, three Ruijie RG-AP 2260(G) Access Points were deployed at strategic locations to ensure optimal coverage and reliable connectivity.

All access points were centrally managed using Ruijie Cloud Controller, enabling efficient configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Access Point Installation: Performed physical installation and placement based on coverage planning.
• Configuration & Adoption: Configured and adopted all APs into Ruijie Cloud Controller.
• Network Validation: Ensured all access points operated correctly and delivered stable Wi-Fi connectivity.

Implementation Details

Physical Installation

• Installed Ruijie RG-AP 2260(G) at optimal height and positions to minimize signal obstruction.
• Ensured proper cabling and power connectivity for each AP.

Configuration & Cloud Adoption

• Connected all APs to the network and adopted them via Ruijie Cloud Controller.
• Applied wireless profiles and verified AP online status through the cloud dashboard.

Wireless Validation

• Verified signal strength and client connectivity across all deployment areas.
• Confirmed stable and consistent wireless performance.
